Tar – a place located on the western coast of Istria, between Poreč to the south and Novigrad to the north, at an altitude of 112 meters, which descends towards the sea on one side and towards the mouth of the Mirna River on the other.
The distance from the sea is only 3 km, and the nearest beaches are those of the tourist settlement Lanterna.
