Resort Stancija near Pazin
The complete settlement is designed as a single unit of houses for rest and recreation, or for the sale of each villa for itself, ie each cp no. separately.
At the Glavica Station, 26 facilities will be built, of which:
- 22 villas with pools
- 3 business - residential buildings
- 1 wine cellar
- sports and recreation zone
- golf driving range
Residential buildings (villas) are 200-300 m2 gross area.
Business - residential buildings are 350-400 m2 in size, of which:
- building A): mini market, restaurant, office space (reception and two apartments on the first floor).
- building B): business space for recreation - Wellness - SPA center, and on the first floor two apartments.
- building C): office space - fitness and two apartments on the first floor
Plot sizes range from 750 m2 to 1600 m2.
For the project of the future settlement, we obtained valid location permits for family houses (villas), as well as:
- valid building permit for 1 family house (villa)
- a valid building permit for a road with public lighting
- valid building permit for sewerage, water supply network and stormwater drainage.
- valid building permit for TS / substation / with low voltage unfolding.
