fantastic views of Oprtalj and neighboring green hills are unique to all of Istria.
The house is conveniently located only a few minutes drive to medieval towns of Motovun and Groznjan.
Nearby are the famous Roxanich, Tomaz, Fakin and Kabola wineries, Ipša olive oil factory, and San Canzian
and San Servolo hotels. Istrian coastal towns Novigrad and Umag are 30 minutes away, while Portorož and
Trieste (Slovenia and Italy), are within 45 minutes. Four airports are relatively near- Pula, Trieste, Venice and
Ljubljana.
House O² was designed by a renowned Croatian architect, with a blend of respect of traditional Istrian
architecture and modern design. It is a two storey, 250 square meters house, on a 900 square meter plot.
The plot is positioned on a light slope, with open views and agricultural land below it (no construction
possible).
It will feature all top modern amenities, such as smart home controls, first class ceramic tiles, sanitaryware,
parquets and a modern kitchen with top-brand appliances. Windows and doors are wooden, with wooden
sun- sheds. In front of the house, there will be a large heated infinity pool, clad in ceramic tiles and next to it
